Abstract (EN)

One of the requirements for a state is land. In order to talk about a state, the necessity of the possession of a territory which is called country is an accepted phenomenon. The territory of the state is decided by various property and judicial regulations in different places of the world. It is important to study the results of the gaining of land ownership in the framework of existence of land ownership problem and the use this ownership. Therefore the real estate and its relations present the main question.This study which is related to the possessions of the real estates of the Treasury in province of Adiyaman, first, presents a data collection of the general conditions of the real estates of the Treasury. The purpose of this is to define the universe of this study since it is very difficult to understand the concept of ?Treasury Real Estate? due to their different characteristics and regulations. It frequently causes conceptual confusions.While how real estates are transferred to the Treasury department and their use are examined, the general conditions of Treasury real estates are summarized by tables. In this way, the general state of treasury real estates, and who and how they are being used are evaluated.While Adiyaman is the sample of the study, there are general evaluations about the universe ( Turkey) as well. In order to make the subject comprehensible basic information such as land and property ownership about Adiyaman is given.By studying the general situation of Treasury real estates in Adiyaman ,the general circumstances of treasury real estates in Turkey are shown as well. After presenting the facts the necessary suggestions in order to deal with the problems are presented.
