Abstract (EN)
In this work ready mixed concrete plant automation, instead of control system which made with elektromechanic circuit component such as , relay, contactor, aim to projected a system which is easier, much economic, faster, safety and cover all of the system needs. Ready mixed concrete plants are very huge in physical area and row material measurements must be realized very sensitive. Because of this reason human do not have much responsibility as possible as, PC and automation have much responsibility for very sensitive measurement. On the other hand physical conditions have too much electrical noise and working conditions are very dusty, because of that automation made with PLC. Automation system which made with PLC, ready mixed concrete plant?s manufacturing term become continuous, ready mixed concrete plant become easier for use.
