Abstract (EN)
The concept of economic security is discussed in the context of many disciplines, especially the discipline of international relations, and has a controversial meaning. Taking this controversial meaning content of the concept in the context of fiscal discipline depends primarily on revealing the equivalent of the meaning content of the financial one in international relations discipline. Accordingly, within the scope of this study, it has been tried to question how the equivalent of the financial thing can be revealed in the securitization practice based on the meaning content. For this purpose, economic threats are evaluated in connection with the marketization of public because of the pure publicity that is owned by the meaning content of the financial one. In this study, which was created with international relations and philosophical based inquiry in the context of fiscal discipline, it is tried to be emphasized that the content of the meaning of economic security can be realized not only by fulfilling the social requirements but, on the contrary, by revealing its counterpart in the fiscal plane of the state. In this regard, a conceptual analysis is made on the concepts of the financial one and security in international relations and finance discipline. Thus, the thesis study aims to eliminate the ambiguity on the meaning of the concept of economic security in disciplines, to reveal the importance of the financial one and to make the conceptualization of the state's financial security and non-market pure public good.
