For this reason, analysis was taken back to the United Provinces which was the first hegemon of the capitalist history. And then the emergence, rise and termination / decline of the UK and U.S. hegemonies were examined. In this study, while analyzing the hegemony of the three countries, theoretical framework of critical school has been used.
