Physi̇ci̇an's pati̇ent di̇sclosure obli̇gati̇on

Essentially, any medical intervention revives the infringement of people's right to live and physical integrity. For a justifable medical intervention, any intervention should be made by authorities and attending physicians, who, should obey the medical ethics, their legal disclosure obligations and receive patient's approval. Within this scope, prior action of the patient's approval is disclosing that patents about the medical intervention which will be furnish on their body. As indicated in this study, disclosure is not enough to legalize a medical intervention. Points to take into consideration are that disclosure is made by whom, when and how. Otherwise, unlawful behaviors of physicians will cause their legal liabilites as criminal, ethic, meterial and moral compensation.
