Abstract (EN)
Febrile neutropenic spell which occurs in patients with hematological malignities or other malignancies, is one of the major reasons of mortality. Enfections are the most significant reason of mortality and morbidity.In this study, 82 enfectious spells of 35 cases with hematological malignancies, who were treated in Abant İzzet Baysal University Medical Faculty Department of Hematology and Internal Medicine between Jan 2004 ?Dec 2008, were analyzed retrospectively.
