In this study the type of numerical semigroup is given by wing almost symmetric numerical semigroup and generator sets. The contribution in the construct of -matrix by using the row factori zation matrices will be seen. It is shown that the type of almost numerical semigroups is at most 3 with RF-matrices. Basic idea,replacement of zeros and number of zeros in RF-matrices.
