Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, I developed a management information system for privately and independently operating hemodialysis centers. The system consist of Patient, Personal, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Inventory Control and Maintenance modules. Patient module has necessary information for patient such as identification, controlling, scheduling and reporting. It is possible to produce statistical reports in suitable format for relevant establishments by the module. Personal module performs scheduling (for doctors and nurses) in addition to personal identification records. Material Requirement Planning module uses MRP logic to identify necessary material requirements and orders. This module works with Inventory Control module interactively. Material flow is performed automatically by the system according to patient type. Maintenance module is designed to observe failure, periodic maintenance and repair of dialysers other equipment.
