Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study, nurses perception of organizational justice is to determine the effect of exposure to mobbing behavior.The study is conducted on nurses at a university hospital and a private hospital in Ankara. A total of 250 people participated in the study. To determine nurses? perceptions of organizational justice by Colquitt (2001) developed, Özmen et.al (2007) adapted to Turkish by, 20 item ?perception of orgazational justice scale? is used. The 33-item scale which is developed by Dilek and Aytolan (2008) is used in order to determine the behavior of the nurses mobbing . The SPSS (11.5) software is used for analyzing the research. Data analysis, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) are used.According to the survey, most nurses distributive justice perception (2.62 ± 1.35), the size of perceived injustice. Behavior exposed to psychological violence in the workplace (mean score> 1 ones) is 28% of the nurses. Nurses' perception of distributive justice exposed to mobbing behavior (r=-,190, p<0.05) is statistically significant and negative relationship is found between. nurses' perception of interpersonal justice are exposed to mobbing behavior (r=-,299, p<0.001) between the statistical significant and negative relationship is found. nurses' perception of informational justice are exposed to mobbing behavior (r=-,338, p<0.001) is found between the statistically significant and negative relationship.As a result, nurses' perceptions of organizational justice determined that mobbing effect on the behavior of 13.3%. Administrators reducing factors that cause the perception of injustice and should work to reduce exposure to mobbing.
