Abstract (EN)
Aim: This research was conducted to determine the mediating role of negative mood in the effect of organizational justice on job satisfaction of nurses working in a university hospital. Method: The research was designed as a relational screening model. The research sample consisted of 513 nurses selected by simple random method among the working nurses. Data were collected with "Personal Information Form", "Organizational Justice Scale", "Job Satisfaction Scale for Nurses", "Negative Mood Scale" and data were analyzed using appropriate analysis programs. Result: The results of the analyses indicated that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while negative affect has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, it was determined that negative affect plays a mediating role in the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction among nurses. Conclusion: It was determined that negative affect plays a mediating role in the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction among nurses.
