Burnout and job satisfaction among nurses (Aksaray and Ortaköy state hospital nurses sample)

In this thesis, the relationship between fatigue nurses having and the job satisfaction and the researches which have been done about it has been analysed.The topic of the thesis has been decided according to the surveys which are about the fatigue nurses having, their effects on the job satisfaction, done in the hospitals.After the evaluation of the surveys, It has been concluded that the age of the the staff working in Aksaray and Ortakoy State Hospital is 18-36, they have been working there for 5-10 years, they haven't had the fatıgue and job dissatisfaction. However, the staff who have been working there for a long time and medium-aged have fatigue and job dissatisfaction.
