As part of the sport for all concept the implementations of the olympic solidarity programs and analysing of the olympic values

The basic aim of this research was to analyse the IOC Olympic Solidarity Programs and the Olympic Values as part of the ?Sport for All? concept. With this aim it was revealed that World and Intercontinental Programs of National Olympic Committees who prepared /will prepare with their own needs and values could provided /will provide to the dissemination of the Olympic Values.In this research, the content of the Olympic Solidarity Programs and the Promotion of the Olympic Values was analysed with using the qualitative research tecniques. In the data collection process, ?interview approach? was used. Besides ?document analysis method? was used to strenght the research.The interviews of the research had done with the representative participants of ?13th World Sport for All Congress? in Finland on the 14th-17th June 2010 and the officials of the National Olympic Committees which to contact through the Turkish National Olympic Committee. The number of samples were 17.The data were transcribed and organized, draft themes were found out by determining the meaningful data, the relationships between the themes were identified and organized considering the research questions. Codes were created based on the emerging themes and the research results were written by organizing the data.At the end of the research, the analyse of the Olmpic Solidarity Programs with the deductive method and the Olympic Values as part of the sport for all concept were implemented and four basic themes were reached. These were ?The structure of the Olympic Solidarity Commission?, ?The state of the Olympic Solidarity Programs?, ?Relationships between Olympic Solidarity Programs and the Olympic Values?, ?The role of Sport for All Events in the Olympic Solidarity Programs?.As a result, the aid of the Olympic Solidarity Programs over the forty years were tried to displayed. Sports and its stakeholders are supported for the purposes of the Olympic Solidarity Programs with a considerable extent and in addition to this, it has determined that all the persons especially the youngs can achieve in sports that social, cultural and ethical values and attitudes with the leadership of the Olympic Solidarity Programs. With analysing of these programs it was determined that in developing and less developed countries the sportive success, personal development and the quality of life have been positive increasing.Key Words: IOC, Sport for All, Olympic Movement, Olympic Solidarity, Olympic Values
