Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to determine and evaluate the degree of accountibility and organizational justice relation withing a public establishment named Tüvasaş. In the first chapter of the study the main focus is on the concept of accountibility, and in the second chapter, the focus is on organizational justice. In the third and final chapter, we focused on the research data and the findings. Relational Screening Model was used as a screening model. The population of this research consists of 1103 Tüvasaş employees and the sampling of the research consist of 337 people whom were selected by convenience sampling method. For data analysis, SPSS 20.0 package program was used. The data were analysed with regression analysis methods and according to the findings, it was seen that there has been a positive and statistically significant relationship between the accountibility and organizational justice. Further, it was clearly seen that when investgating the effect of accountiblity on organizational justice, it is statistically significant and the degree of statement of accountibility for the organizational justice is above % 50.
