Abstract (EN)
In this study, firstly, ethyl 2-{2-[(phenylcarbamoyl)amino]-1,3-thiazol-4-yl}acetate [1] has been synthesized by reaction ethyl (2-amino-1,3-thiazol-4-yl)acetate with phenyl isocyanate. Secondly, 2-{2-[(phenylcarbamoyl)amino]-1,3-thiazol-4-yl} acetohydrazide [2] has been obtained from reaction between urea derivative and hydrazine monohydrate in methanol medium. Finally, hydrazone derivatives [3a-p] have been synthesized by reaction in presence of ethanol between hydrazide derivative and appropriate aldehydes.All reactions of compound synthesis have been monitored by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC). Chemical structures of all synthesized compounds have been illuminated not only by physical and chemical methods and also spectroscopic methods such as UV-Vis, FT IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis (CHNS) technique.Key Words: Urea, Hydrazide, Hydrazone.
