Abstract (EN)

The textile industry has an extensive supply chain network spanning from the first to the last stage of production. Supply chain management is critical for companies to reduce costs, optimize production processes, and increase customer satisfaction. Effective supplier selection contributes to both gaining a competitive advantage and maintaining product quality. Since supplier selection involves multiple criteria and alternatives, it is considered a multi-criteria decision-making problem. In this study, three different hybrid models, using MEREC-based CODAS, MABAC, and CoCoSo methods in an integrated manner, are proposed to solve the supplier selection problem of a textile company. As a result of the literature review and interviews with experts in the field, seven alternative supplier companies were evaluated according to seven criteria. The MEREC method was used to weight the criteria, while the CODAS, MABAC, and CoCoSo methods were used to rank the suppliers. The COPELAND method was used as a compromise solution because the study produced three different rankings. As a result of the applications, the most important criterion was found to be industry experience. The results obtained enabled the company to make more effective supply chain management decisions.
