Abstract (EN)

This thesis comprehensively examines the impact of the hybrid learning model on graduate students' academic performance. Hybrid learning refers to the integration of traditional and online learning methods and this study addresses various aspects of the model such as its definition, historical development, application areas, advantages and disadvantages. Also included are quantitative analyses and survey results to assess the effects of hybrid learning on academic performance. The findings show that hybrid learning attitude significantly affects students' academic performance regardless of demographic factors such as gender, age, field of study and level of education. Regression analysis reveals that there is a strong and significant relationship between hybrid learning attitude and academic performance. The thesis aims to provide a foundation to better understand the role of the hybrid learning model in education and to implement this model more effectively.
