Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to cover hydroxyapatite-perlite and hydroxyapatite-perlite-chitosan on the titanium alloy by using hydrothermal method. Ti6Al4V alloys with surface cleaned are classified as A and B group. Hydroxyapatite (HAP) was synthesized by hydrothermal method using CaNO3 as calcium source and P2O5 as phosphorus source. Expanded perlite (GP) was increased by 5-10-15% by weight, and a 15 ml solution was prepared by reinforcing 5% chitosan. The two solutions were then mixed together. The titanium alloy was placed in the thermo container with the solution and placed on the hydrothermal device to be coated at 180oC for 12 hours. Coated samples were subjected to gradually sintering heat treatment in terms of temperature and time after coating. The obtained coatings were kept in ringer's solution for 1, 10 and 15 days and their in vitro behavior was observed. HAP / GP coatings deposited on titanium alloy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy diffuse X-ray analysis (EDX), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis and coating thickness values were measured and compared. As a result, porous structures were observed in SEM analysis. This increases osteointegration. In addition, it has been observed that pre-heat treated samples give better results in coating thickness. In EDX analysis, Ca, P, Al, Si, Ti and O were observed on the surface. XRD analysis showed that our coatings are hydroxyapatite. The peaks found in the FTIR analysis are similar to the literature.
