Abstract (EN)
In the study wich we mentioned 7th and 10th century caliphate centers, we focused on inform students about Baghdad, Damascus and Medina. We limited study with political events because of wide range of subject. Information wich obtained from Classic Islamic Sources, compared and located in the convenient parts of our topic. As a result of the study we influenced that the most important reason for the change of state centers in İslamic society is distrust to the local community.
