Hyperthermia is defined as the rise of boody temperature abnormal. When body temperature rises to a 41 °C or higher value occurs and may lead to impicirment of temperature regulation mechanisms. Hyperthermia is caused by damage to various tissues. The increase of temperature in fallopian tube caused of apoptosis of ciliated cells, oxidative stress in the development of epithelial cells and early embryonic death. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) however eliminating the oxygen free radicals, which can prevent oxidative stress and apoptotic process could return is considered an antioxidant substances.İn this study; was used to determine stress-induced hyperthermia of heat stress and used before the superoxide dismutase, protective and therapeutic effects on the fallopian tube of the apoptotic and oxidative stress markers.18 Wistar albino rats which is used in this study divided in three groups. Each group contains 6 rats. Rats fallopian tubes in first group (control group) were water bathed at 22 °C. After 24 hours fallopian tubes of same rats were cut and tissues were taken away. Rats in second and third group are exposed to 42 °C for 20 minutes and in turn at 30. min and 24. hours fallopian tube tissues also taken away. First group had been enjected NaCl+SOD+Katalaz before hypertermia. Tissues which were obtained, compose paraffin blocks which were created by passing methods of light microscopy methods. Hyperthermia which caused apoptosis, was performed using indirect immunohistochemical methods by cytosolic antioxidant with superoxide dismutase (SOD) a protective and therapeutic effects in determining target Caspase 3, Caspase 8, Caspase 9, and HSP 70 primary antibody. Sections being evaluated in the Leica DM 4000 (Germany) computer-aided imaging system, with the Leica Q Vin 3 program, and photographed.After assesment of activator caspase 8, 9, effector 3, we detected that caspase 9 ise more markedly. After the treatment of hyperthermia immunoreactivity specially increased in epithelium, cell cytoplasma and cilium. But increasing of caspase 3 expression was not evident in hyperthermia. Consequently we detected that SOD decrease caspase positive cells. We detected the weak expression of HSP 70 in epithelium cells and expression increased with SOD treatment.As a result of the central components of apoptotic programs activation of caspases, hyperthermia, especially in epithelial cells from non-apoptotic pathway is initiated by the judiciary reached. Secretory cells in places in which to affect the ovarian cycle in parallel might have been corrupted. External pathways of apoptosis in tissue from which it has been tried may have occurred. But SOD suppresses apoptosis parallel to the application period, it also increased the protective effect of HSP 70 may have realized it was concluded through.
