Abstract (EN)

The lack of studies on the transitionality of the Qur'anic speech constitutes a significant deficiency in the literature of tafsir (exegesis). In the study, the addresses in the Surah al-Qiyamah, where human-oriented addresses are frequently mentioned, are evaluated in the context of the transitionality of the speech. Based on the narrations of the asbab al-nuzul (occations of the verses), it was mentioned that the addressee of the Qur'an belonged only to that period and even belonged to some people of that period, together with the reason that it is not suitable for the purpose and spirit of the Qur'an. Issues such as speech, historicity, and universality, which are important for the study, were briefly discussed on the scope of the subject. The study of the tafsir of Surah al- Qiyamah was included to make the addresses in the surah more clearly understood in terms of the interrelation between the verses in the surah. While evaluating the addresses about the Surah, the addresses in the verses 16-19 have been handled specifically, apart from the addresses made to humans as a gender. The aim of the study is to demonstrate that the speech of the Quran, which has universal qualities, cannot be reduced to a certain period or community.
