Abstract (EN)
Tourism industry which is an important source of income is in a worldwide permanent development process in Turkey. One at the activities that should be done for continuous development in tourism industry is to increase employee performance which can be achieved through training education. This study investigates the relationship between training methods and employee performance. Therefore , the effects of education and training on employee achievement can be determined.Accordingly it is also aimed to investigate the diffraction of performance indicators among training methods. Date obtained from 107 managers from various departments of 4-5 star hotels in Ankara is used the examine the hypothesized relationships.Key Words: Tourism,hotel management,inservice training,performance evaluation
