Abstract (EN)
That thesis has been formed on three main concepts in threesections. These are service businesses, marketing effectiveness andcustomer satisfaction. Because these three concepts are assessedalltogether, they can seize the success in the business. The best samplessupporting that idea are in the tourism sector that is one of the spreadservice sectors. For that reason, the inquiries that form the application ofthe thesis have been realized in tourism sector.Today, differentiation of goods and services rather well, arising ofthe different marketing strategies necessary to be developed for servicebusinesses and height of the level of satisfaction of the customers´expectations in the answers are increasing the importance of working.Service businesses can seize the success only with specializing of thepersons, strategies not taking into consideration human relations andunderstandings that ever get the human being as a base. That approach isone of the subjects that the firms activating in different sectors thatproduce goods and services emphasize a lot recently in business science
