Relationship between quality of service, unlimited improvement and organization performance: A research in the Libya state document archive administration

Service quality is considered as one of the main factors affecting the organizational success of document centers and database centers. Unlimited healing; It is a theory developed to establish the improvement of organizations in every field, and that reveals the need for everyone to be included in the improvement. Unlimited improvement of the service quality of archive services at all levels will contribute greatly to the improvement of corporate performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between service quality, unlimited improvement and organizational performance in the management of state documents archives. Within the scope of the thesis, a research has been conducted on the beneficiaries in the Libya National Archive Center. As a result of the analysis of the findings obtained; It has been determined that there is a correct relationship between service quality, unlimited improvement and organizational performance. The findings are expected to contribute to improving the performance of the archive center and I organizations.
