Abstract (EN)
The ethical behaviors, which are used as a tool for guidance to differentiate what is right and wrong in a certain community, are one of the sustaining values through the history. Organization ethics is a discipline examining values and principles which helps us in making sound business decisions in the face of opportunities provided by business world.In this study; in general, the impact of ethical perception of employees working in service sector on organization performance is investigated. In this context, the research model has been tested using a survey technique on four and five stars hotels in Gaziantep. The analysis results have revealed a significant relationship between ethical behaviors of employees and performance.
