Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to show that some characteristics that may vary according to different sectors and business types, such as organizational climate and the phenomenon of organizational justice, are actually effective in terms of the task and contextual performance of employees of the organization. When the literature review was conducted, it was dec that there were studies that examined the relationships between organizational justice and organizational climate and employee performance, but there were no studies that examined the intermediary role of organizational commitment. In this study, the study of whether there is a regulatory effect of employees' organizational commitment levels adds originality to the study. In the analysis part of the study, the demographic characteristics of the employees of the organization were mentioned and the mutual effects of the relationships included in the research model were interpreted. The sample of the study consists of 836 people working in the retail and merchandising sector in Izmir province. In order to collect data, a face-to-face and internet survey was conducted. The findings of the study show that employees' perception of organizational justice is influenced by other employees in the workplace, which allowed other variables to be evaluated and interpreted within the framework of the organizational climate. The results of the research show that the positive sense of belonging of employees to the organization increases their self-efficacy and motivation; as a result, it positively affects the job satisfaction level of employees. As a result of the research, it has been seen that employee performance increases thanks to the increased organizational commitment level of employees, and thus it is seen that the phenomenon of mutual benefit in the organization-employee relationship comes to the fore. It can be said that achieving success in institutions is directly proportional to the productivity of employees. As a result, it can be stated that the increase in employee productivity can be realized thanks to the applications of concepts such as organizational justice, organizational climate and organizational commitment in institutions. It is believed that employees with a high perception of justice will increase commitment to the organization in institutions with a positive organizational climate, which will positively contribute to business performance.
