Hybrid working is a working style practiced by individuals working from both home and office. Work-family-life balance is highly effective on the motivation levels of hybrid workers. In this study, work-family-life balance and motivation levels were evaluated together within the scope of hybrid employees in the service sector. A empirical survey model was used. The research was carried out by applying an online questionnaire form to adult individuals aged eighteen and older through certain scales. The population of the research consists of 202 hybrid workers in the service sector, 102 women (50.5%) and 100 men (49.5%). In the study, "Work-Family-Life Balance Scale", "Adult Motivation Scale", and demographic form were used. While there was no relationship between the variables of the study, low medium level positive relationship was found between the negative impact of the work on the family and the negative impact of the family on the work.
