Abstract (EN)

Servant Leadership model, Social Sciences, Business Administration under the Management and Organization under the leadership and leadership concepts, Leadership types, leadership theories approaches, Modern approaches are examined in the extension of the purpose of the purpose of this research is to identify the level and level of Servant Leadership Model in the employees of the tourism sector. The study was conducted on 319 people with voluntary participation of the personnel working in three different five star hotels in Antalya Region. The number of valid questionnaires is 301. Two-part survey form was used to collect the data obtained from the study. In the first part of the questionnaire used in the study, in order to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants, in addition to 4 questions, the questions about the working time in the tourism sector, the department in which they work, the participation in a training or meeting in leadership, and the knowledge of the servant leadership are asked. In the second part of the questionnaire, a five - point Likert type scale was presented to determine the level of Servant Leadership of the participants. When the average and standard deviation values related to expressions related to servants' perceptions of servant leadership were examined, it was determined that Servant Leadership perceptions were high. In this context, it has been tried to contribute to the recognition of Servant Leadership and to be a role model Leadership.
