In our study, it is given point to moral concept and different views on different periods. Later than, turkish moral books are categorized as reconciliation creations and translation creations which are written until 17th century. Because of siyaset-name?s give moral advices and Ahlak-i Muhsini and its translation is written to administrators, it is touched on these kind of creations. Huseyin Vaiz Kasifi, the write of Ahlak-i Muhsini, and his books are introduced. After that it is given the information about the life of Hocazade Abdulaziz Efendi?s life and his books; Ahlak-i Muhsini Tercumesi, which is translated from Persian and given the name Ahlak-i Sultan Ahmed upon request of Sultan 1.
