In this thesis consider holding organizations, strategies and objectives is alsodone research on a well-developed managed holding organization working on theBulgarian market.Looking in more detail holding organizations, their economic contribution, theirorganizational structures ,the purpose is also to demonstrate their contributionto small businesses as well as preserving the economic stability of smallbusinesses and their growth and development even in times of economic crisis.This thesis details the story through holding organizations and their place ineconomic and cultural life. These organizations are not considered only as largecompanies but also as carriers of innovation, know-how and culture in theeconomy of countries that develop their activities .Material stability and strength of these companies supports the development ofscience in the country .The engineers working for Erato Holding create anddevelop such products which contribute the scientific and economicdevelopment.Key Words1.
