Countries and corporations can only be adapted to the economic development that can be seen all over the world, if they have some structural innovations. The multinational corporations with strong financial structures have appeared because of the global tranmission of capitals, and competition has become global. The efforts of the corporations that want to stand against the strict competition circumstances cause the appearences of the growth strategies like merger, purchasing or being holding.To become a holding is a growth strategy which let the corporations invest in other corporations, control their managements, and also let them take a part with their strong structure in the economy. The holding is the group of some corporations.
