Abstract (EN)
Anzibel pastilles are used in the treatment of the diseases related to the local irritation in oropharyngeal area with the antiseptic effect of a chlorhexidine, antiinflammatory effect of an enoxolone and locally anesthetizing effect of benzocaine. Because of economic reasons such as cost, workload and time, a new simultaneous HPLC method has been developed for the quantitative analysis of anzibel pastilles and the validation studies have been completed. Analysis were performed at 25°C by using ACE 5 C18 4.6 x 150 mm, 5 mm column, mobile phase consisted of a mixture of 0.01 M KH2PO4 / H3PO4 buffer (pH = 3.0± 0.05) and acetonitrile and PDA dedector set at 250 nm. The purities of the peaks were proved with the control of the angle and threshold values at PDA dedector. Small changes at column temperature, rate flow and gradient programme did not effect the method and this was controlled with the help of the reliability studies. Test and standard solutions were observed to be stabil for 48 hours.
