God-time relationship in Hudus theory: The example of Imam Mâturidi

Abstract (EN)
Our study has been prepared to examine the concepts of God and time in hudûs theory. We are planning to deal with the subject in the perspective of the Maturidi sect, within the framework of Imam Maturidi's hadesu'l-a'yan evidence and his views on time. There is a very large literature on the theory of hudus in Islamic theology. Therefore, it does not seem possible to examine all views in a single study, even within the framework of the concept of time. For this reason, the subject is limited to Maturidi's works and views. The study consists of three parts. First of all, existence, non-existence, time, creation in the Qur'an and Islamic thought are discussed. The second chapter is devoted to the relationship between the hudûs proof and the concepts of creation and time. Finally, the relationship between God and time in the theory of hudûs in Mâturîdî's system has been examined.
