Abstract (EN)

Separation of powers theory and classification system of government based on separation of powers continues to accept in terms of constitutional law. The Constitution of 1982, despite some deviations mainly adopted a parliamentary system of government. The Constitution of 1982, especially, the President has strengthened in the executive branch. With the selection of President by popular vote envisioning constitutional amendment in 2007, Our Consitution adopted semi-presidential system. This government system applied in France, also brings with it a number of hesitations. Especially in times of crises cohabitation, how our country will be tolerated, raises concerns.
