Abstract (EN)

This research was carried out in a commercial garden (Amasya/Boğazköy) in Jujube cv. Lang. In the study, the effects of hormone on rooting of cuttings of soft and hardwood and practices were determined. In the study; of live cutting ratio (%), cutting with callus ratio (%), root number (pcs), root length(cm) and root wideth (mm) was evaluated. The more successful results were obtained in 250 ppm IBA concentration application and soft cuttings. However, still rooting were found to be very low. The highest ratio of rooted soft cuttings was identified as 4.45% in the application of 250 ppm IBA and tip soft cutting. The number of roots was also low. Again, the best result was found as average 0.74 units from 250 ppm IBA application and tip soft cutting. The rooting of hardwood types could not be determined. However, live hardwood cutting ratios (98.48%) and callus of hardwood cutting ratios (63.57%) were higher
