Abstract (EN)

Although the Free Cause Party, has not achieved significant success in politics since its official establishment in 2012, it has recently gained considerable attention due to the alliances it has formed. The Free Cause Party has been criticized by many groups for being the continuation of the Hizbullah terrorist organization, which was known for carrying out executions in the past. To understand the basis of these views, it is necessary to examine Hizbullah's founding, its activities, and the process of its dismantling. After the dismantling of Hizbullah, the Mustazaflar Association, composed of individuals close to Hizbullah, became active. Following the closure of this association, the Free Cause Party was founded. While the party's actions have diverged from Hizbullah's, some of the party leaders' past connections to Hizbullah and statements denying that Hizbullah is a terrorist organization remain the main sources of criticism. From the activities, statements, and actions of the party since its foundation to the present, it is understood that the party has developed new rhetoric but continues to use its past rhetoric as well. The party is especially prominent with its Kurdish and Islamic discourse. Keywords: Hizbullah, HÜDA PAR, Hüseyin Velioğlu, Mustazaflar, Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu
