آراء الخليفتين عثمان وعلي وأثرها في الفقه الإسلامي

This study is limited to examining the juristic opinions attributed to the two caliphs, ʿUthmān and ʿAlī (may Allah be pleased with them), whether these opinions were transmitted verbatim or through the reports of the Tābiʿīn or senior Companions, provided that the attributions are supported by reliable chains of transmission. The study covers issues related to acts of worship, financial transactions, newly arising matters (nawāzil), and ijtihād-based rulings of a collective or legitimate political nature. The research focuses on the influence of these opinions on Islamic jurisprudence, the positions of the various legal schools toward them, and the determination of the stronger view based on Sharīʿah evidence. The study does not address personal or historical aspects beyond the scope of juristic reasoning, except to the extent necessary for understanding the issues under examination.
