Özet (EN)

In this study, Complex Parts Manufacturability by Solid Ground Cusing, that is one of the most widely used Rapid Prototyping method was investigated. The appropriate model was required to be designed in order that the intended content could be the scope of the research. The designed model was manufactured by using the most eligible Rapid Prototyping device, FORTUS 360 MC. For part production, parameters that are effective on Solid Ground Cusing Method were used. Those parameters were analyzed by three main factors which are the most massive features of the build process, namely end-type, build structure and the effective feature on that factor, build angle. During those operations, manufactured parts were evaluated as Strength Analysis, Surface Quality, Dimensional Accuracy and Cost Analysis. At the end of those analyses, the major differences between the operations of different manufacturing techniques and the effects of those techniques on the evaluation criteria were rated and the selection of the most appropriate manufacturing method was given. As a result, this research provides information about the parameters of Rapid Prototyping Method with Solid Ground Cusing in order to make the right choices according to the need during the selection of method and offers to the industry?s service.
