Abstract (EN)

Limit does not recognize the change in the 21st century the concept of information society development is considered to be the most important step. Knowledge and the society that holds together the concept of the words on a personal basis, not as a society emphasizes the need to be informed. Increasing the literacy rate among the requirements for becoming knowledgeable society, more efficient use of the Internet, techno parks, and here is the marketing of products manufactured outside.In this study, firstly, countries, economies of classification were assessed values as of Turkey's entry into the class of the developing countries was emphasized. Generally accepted in the world of information society indicators are investigated, developed and rapidly developing and making evaluations for Turkey within the framework of the various indicators and statements emphasized that Turkey's place among the nations of the world.The main purpose of this study, using advanced technology products in Turkey, is the place of use inmany areas of the information society as a society that we have to explain the different concepts of perception. Not because of the technology that manages the Turkish people hunger for technology to become a society ruled by technology, which is expensive due to the high-tech products that were damaging to the national economy of hunger. Political and economic crises experienced in Turkey, unstable policies are evaluated in terms of social capital in developing countries is less confidence in each other, causing the formation of a social structure created. Increased sense of confidence in the crime rate decreased societies, has led to an increase in the number of security forces and the police.
