In this study, after the reminding of fundamental notions of the Ring Theory, we investigate the centralizer problem of an element in matrix rings. Because of the noncommutative of the matrix rings this matter is very hard. Therefore we investigate the centralizers of I-matrix. Finally we define the I-divisibility and investigate the property of this term in rings.
