İbn Abdi'l-hak al-Bağdâdi's appoach of usûl al-fiqh

Our thesis called İbn Abdilhak al-Baghdadi's Approach of Usul al-Fıqh is connection with Hanbali Sect. İbn Abdilhak el-Baghdadi has course in the madrasa Mustansiriya which providing education on the four sects. We try to find İbn Abdilhak's approach of usul from his book Kavaid al-Usul ve Meakid al-Fusul. We have created an introduction and four chapters of our study. In introduction we offer The importance of research, research methods and the limits of research. In the first chapter we exaine İbn Abdilhak's life, his teachers and students, and his Works (boks and articles). In second chapter we try to find ibn Abdilhak's approach about essential usul al-fıqh subject for example provisions and evidence. In third chapter we try to find ibn Abdilhak's approach comparison with other Hanbeli's scientists. And ın the last chapter we try to find İbn Abdilhak's approach about main usul subject in his books and we offer his appropriate and inappropriate opinion with his sect and the other sects.
