Abstract (EN)

This study includes the determinations and analysis methods which are used while giving the bâtınîte meanings to Judgement verses by Ibn Acîbe who is one of the most important representatives of bâtınîte commentary literature of Morocco at the beginning of the 19th century. In the first part of this study which has been consisted from four parts, it's been discussed and evaluated Ahmed Ibn Acîbe el-Hasenî's life and his Works. Under the title of "Mystical and Bâtınîte Commentary", it's been tried to determine the importance of El Bahru'l Medîd in the bâtınîte commentary tradition with the appearance of bâtınîte commentary which is a product of mysticism comprehension that has been discussed from its first day that we met as a result of the movement of piety and taqwa; its Justification, acceptance necessities and the criticisms to bâtınîte commentary. Therewithal under the title of Judgement it's been given place to the knowledge about what are the judgement verses in Qur'an, the most significant works in Judgement commentary, Cessas who we benefit from himself for the determination of the Judgement verses and his commentary named as "The judgement of Qur'an". And also, the bâtinite meanings to the judgement verses given by Ibn Acîbe are given in the chart. In the third part of the study, it's been tried to determine the way which Ibn Acîbe followed on the witness of the bâtınîte commentary of verses and the bâtınîte meanings of the terms. Eventually, in the fourth part, over the approaching methods to the Judgement verses, El Kuseyri's Letaifu'l Isarat which is the known first commentary of all bâtınîte commentaries that are related to Ibn Acîbe's commentaries and the commentary of whole Qur'an has been compared over the meanings have been given to terms, the methods to expose those terms, the sources that have been used and the effect of sect sentiments to the bâtınîte commentary.
