Investigation and analysis of the Hanafi opinions in the book of Ibn Qudamah called al-Mughni on the marriage section

Ibn Kudame, a Hanbali scholar, is one of the works of fiqh in al-Mughni. This work is considered comparative among fiqh sects. He conveys views of other sects that are compatible and opposed to the views of the Hanbali sect. The views he conveyed are those of the Hanafi sect. In this research, the opinions of the Hanafi sect in the marriage section are determined and investigated. The study consists of an introduction and two parts. The introduction section discusses the importance, purpose, resources and limitations of the research. In the first part, the life and personality of Ibn Kudame are given. In the second part, the opinions referred to the Hanafis regarding the marriage in al-Mughni are identified and investigated. The total of references to Hanafi scholars in this section is approximately 127 references. This attributed view is examined in Hanafi sources.
