The criticism of ibn Qutluboğa directed to ibn Hajar al-Asqalânî regarding his work 'Nuzhetu'n-Nazar'

We will examine in our work, some of the criticism by Kasım b. Kutluboğa directed to his teacher Ibn Hajar al-Asqalânî regarding his work Nuzhetu'n Nazar which is a summary of Nuhbetü'l-Fiker.Ibn Kutluboğa criticized his teacher Ibn Hajar, in many ways and contributed with various additions. To the best of our knowledge, not every criticism Ibn Kutluboğa has expressed is correct. When criticism of Ibn Hacer are taken into consideration as a Shâfi'î, and Ibn Kutluboğa is a Hanafi, it is observed that the criticism of both scholars are far from fanaticism. Moreover, it is possible to say that many conflicts between them are due to differences in method and approaches.
