Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine the life and works of the painter İbrahim Çallı, who left his mark on the late Ottoman early Republican period. Ibrahim Calli, one of the most important painters of the period of 1914, aimed to examine the theme of nudity in detail. Abraham's works and Çallı Çallı Unlike other studies dealing with the lives of his Paris period and the period in which Turkey must nude teen pictures were individually reviewed and discussed. In the first part of the thesis, in the second part of the thesis, the life, personality, entrance to Sanayi-i Nefise Mektebi, the return to the Yurda, the identity of the educator and the art groups in which he is involved are discussed. The third and the subject of the thesis, 28 Nü works belonging to Çallı. These works were analyzed one by one and the relationship between Calli and Nude painting was revealed. It has become an innovative painter within the Çallı Belt. The artist has been a painter who brought innovations to Turkish painting and created a new generation in his age.
