Abstract (EN)
In this study the variation of wear on tooth profiles in internal gears observed theoretically and experimentally. For theoretical studies a wear model found by Archard and used in external gears changed for internal gears. A Matlab programme is developed to solve the wear model in internal gears. By helping this programme, the variations of tooth profile in internal gears were determined theoretically. In order to reveal the variation of wear on tooth profiles in internal gears by experimentally method, a pinion-internal gear fatigue and wear test rig was manufactured similar to ``FZG closed circuit power circulating system??. In the tests, different test torque subjected on St50 steel pinion and internal gears were used. The amount and the variation of wear was investigated for different load cycles on tooth profiles in pinion and internal gears. Also the effect of profile correction and coating materials of wear on tooth profiles in internal gears observed theoretically and experimentally.
