Under the internal and external threats the formation of national security policy: The case of Turkiye

In this study, "National Security Policy Formation of Internal and External Threats" subject, "The Case of Turkey" are being investigated in the context. The concept of national security is a high-level policy that is seen as a reference for the policies of all states. In this context, internal and external threats and national interests, which are important factors in determining the security policies and foreign policies of the states, are closely related. In order for a state to maintain and maintain its internal and external security in the international context, it is necessary to carry out its security-related activities effectively both at home and abroad. National security encompasses activities that require military measures in a country, including independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity. In today's world where the dominance of neoliberal globalization is at stake, national security has a wider coverage. National security has now become a concept defining the economic, political, environmental and social security of countries, except for the military dimension. Turkey was obliged to ensure national security in the Cold War through NATO and NATO-led organizations. about security as Turkey's cross-border location must be in the best spot. Therefore, the fact that scientific studies on such an important issue can contribute to the security of the country has been one of the most important reasons for encouraging this study. With the development of neo-liberal globalization process away from traditional national security policy of Turkey it was obliged to follow the new security policy. In this study, the formation of national security policy as to what the effects of globalization and Turkey's national policies were analyzed and taken into account when creating issues.
