Abstract (EN)
Innovation is a very important issue for businesses. Therefore, it is important to identify the factors that affect the success of enterprises in innovation management process. Therefore, in this study, it is aimed to reveal the entrepreneurial and strategic factors that play a role in the innovation of enterprises. In this direction, the study consists of two chapters including literature review and research application. The first chapter including literature review is composed of three main titles where intrapreneurship, innovation management, strategic consciousness are clarified. In the second part; the information about the aim of the research, research universe and the sample, its limitations and pre-assumptions, its model and hypotheses, its method, the findings of the various statistical analyzes applied in the research and recommendations are given. The research has been carried out by using survey method on the enterprises that are engaged in advertising and design activities in Istanbul. For this; The 'intrapreneurship' scale developed by Naktiyok (2004) and the 'innovation management' scale developed by Bülbül (2012) were used. Also, for the "Strategic Consciousness" scale, model developed by Pisapia vd. (2005) was used. The first of the findings is the fact that enterprises see policies that encourage creative thinking as an intrapreneurship factor. Another finding of the study is that business managers are directed to innovation management factors with the power, they receive from existing innovative practices, and with the understanding that emerges from policies encouraging creative thinking. In addition, it was revealed that all strategic coinscousness factors play a moderator role in the impact of intrapreneurship factors on innovation management factors. However; it is determined that the moderator effect of these managers' strategic consciousness factors direct to the factors that do not have a significant effect on innovation management. On the other hand, it is established that self-renewal and proactive behavior among intrapreneurship factors have low impact on innovation management.
