Abstract (EN)

This study aims to determine the effeets of indoor environment factors on user at child-policlinic in hospitals. For this aim, the child policlinic at the Gazi University Hospital was chosen as a case study. Satisfactions and complaints of policlinic staff and their patients concerned with interior aspects of the child - clinic were identified by using a detailed questionnaire, was carried out with paediatrics and patients to determine the perceptual quality of the chosen place. As a result, the interviewees were found not to be happy with the location of the child policlinic, child play park, and toys for children. Furthermore, the narrow space of the policlinic, its farness to the natural light and air-conditioning, its closeness to the blood section, urine and x ray sections and crowdedness of the people in the mentioned areas were found to be negative factors in respect to users comforts physically and socially, ease of use of the space, its functionality and its aesthetica! aspects at the Gazi child polyclinics.
