Özet (EN)

In this study, stress behavior of a broken tibia bone under pressure load, which is cured by plate has been numerically investigated. Outer and inner sections of the bone materials have been modeled as orthotrophic and isotropic, respectively. The side of connected to talus of broken tibia bone, which is connected with screws, has been fixed, and pressure load has been applied on other side. The space between seperated two sections of the bone has been defined as parts, which have different elasticity modules in relation with healing time. Plate has been modeled in way that matching surfaces of the bone and the plate are same. Finite element method has been used in numerical analyses. Furthermore, models of tibia, plate and screw have been created in 3D. Effects of brekage angle, brekage healing, plate length, width and height, screw material, conic angle, profile, number, placing angle and position on maximum Von-Misses stresses has been investigated in static analyses, and results have been compared, which obtained in static and dynamic analyses.
