PHP is a server basedscript language that specially designed for web. It works considerably effectiveand fast with MySQL database. In this study, a web site has been designed foruploading lesson contents to The Internet by using PHP and MySQL. The mostimportant speciality of this design is the administrator isn?t required any webdesign knowledge to update the preparation of the page by web interface.
